Tiffinian Association Limited

Tiffinian Association Limited (TAL) is a charitable organisation (registered charity no.1125708) established to support Tiffin School, its students and community.  It was incorporated as a company linked by guarantee on 4 June 2008 thereby amalgamating a number of charities and entities linked to the school.  It was registered as a charity on 3 September 2008.  TiffinFriends.org is owned and operated by the trustees of TAL on behalf of the wider Tiffinian community.
Through this page you can view the charitable objectives of TAL to find out more about the work we do. You can also look at our entry on the Charity Commission website, which includes our annual accounts. Copies of our Memorandum and Articles of Association are also available to view online.

Former Tiffinians can apply to become a Member of TAL if they are regular donors. Members are entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting and are asked to take on a nominal liability of £10 in the event of TAL being wound up - Tiffin Friends are not asked to take on this liability, and so are not automatically made members of TAL.

For more information, please read the membership rules, the Memorandum and Articles of Association, and the Membership Form. If you would like to apply for membership of TAL, please return the form to the address specified at the bottom.

If you are interested in making a regular donation to TAL, please complete this standing order form and send it to the Tiffin School Alumni and Development Office, Tiffin School, Queen Elizabeth Road, Kingston upon Thames, Surrey KT2 6RL. Please note that if you wish to receive the quarterly Tiffnews publication in paper form by post, rather than electronically, then you must be making a suitable annual donation to help cover these costs,
